Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by accurately processing transactions, answering routine questions, and connecting customers with relevant services, digital tools, or bankers.
What you'll do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions accurately while following policies and controls.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain banking options, and refer product or service needs to bankers.
- Collaborate with branch teammates, resolve routine concerns, and escalate complex issues or risks.
