What you'll do
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and related operational activities.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain routine options, and refer customers to bankers when appropriate.
- Follow policies and controls, resolve routine concerns, and collaborate with branch teammates while escalating complex issues.
