Provides in-branch customer service by processing routine banking transactions, identifying customer needs, and connecting customers with relevant services, digital tools, or bankers.

- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions accurately.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain digital and self-service options, and refer product needs to bankers.
