Processes everyday banking transactions, assists customers in Spanish and English, and connects them with relevant banking services and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions accurately.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain banking options and digital tools, and refer customers to bankers when appropriate.
- Follow operational policies and controls, resolve routine concerns, and collaborate with branch teammates while escalating complex issues.
