Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by processing transactions accurately, answering routine questions, and connecting customers with appropriate services, digital tools, or bankers.
What you'll do
- Process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing, and complete operational activities accurately.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain relevant services and digital banking options, and refer customers to bankers when appropriate.
- Follow policies and controls, manage risk, resolve routine concerns, and collaborate with branch teammates; escalate complex issues as needed.
