Provides in-branch customer service by accurately processing everyday banking transactions, answering routine questions, and connecting customers with appropriate banking services and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions accurately while following policies and controls.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, resolve routine concerns, and direct them to suitable services, digital tools, or bankers.
- Collaborate with branch teammates, manage risk, and escalate complex customer issues.
