What you'll do
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions accurately.
- Understand customer needs, explain relevant services and digital tools, and refer customers to bankers when appropriate.
- Follow operational policies and controls, resolve routine concerns, and collaborate with branch teammates.
