What you'll do
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain relevant services or digital tools, and refer them to bankers when needed.
- Follow policies and controls, resolve routine concerns, and coordinate with teammates while escalating complex issues.
