What you'll do
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain banking options, and refer product or service opportunities to a banker.
- Follow operational policies and controls, resolve routine concerns, and collaborate with branch teammates; escalate complex issues as needed.
