A branch Teller processes everyday banking transactions, assists customers with routine needs, introduces digital banking and relevant services, and refers customers to bankers when needed.
What you'll do
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, explain banking options and digital tools, and refer them to appropriate bankers or team members.
- Follow operational policies and controls, manage risk, resolve routine concerns, and collaborate with branch teammates.
