Coordinates the closing and booking of complex affordable housing and community development commercial real estate loans, ensuring documentation, transaction data, and compliance requirements are handled accurately and on time.
What you'll do
- Coordinate complex loan closings, including documentation, customer and regulatory diligence, and portfolio maintenance.
- Review and complete loan documents, capture accurate transaction data, and resolve complex closing issues.
- Ensure compliance and collaborate with stakeholders; provide peer guidance and training and support limited supervisory responsibilities.
