About the job
Build WellTheory’s research function by designing and analyzing studies of autoimmune care, publishing findings, and applying evidence to improve care and support commercial decisions.
What you'll do
- Design observational studies and analyze member and claims data, including utilization and cost of care.
- Lead publications, conference presentations, external research collaborations, and study regulatory requirements, including IRB review.
- Translate findings into care and product improvements, stronger data capture, and evidence for commercial and payer conversations.

Pay
$130,000 – $150,000 USD base salary
