Own support and incident response across WellTheory’s member app, Care Hub, internal tools, and data pipelines, then reduce recurring issues through fixes, documentation, and automation.
What you'll do
- Triage reports, assess impact, investigate root causes, and resolve or escalate issues.
- Ship durable fixes and improvements, and maintain a prioritized backlog of recurring issues and feature requests.
- Write runbooks, build alerts, and create automations and AI agents to reduce ticket volume.
