Owns WellTheory’s day-to-day people operations, including payroll, multi-state compliance, employee support, benefits, policies, and onboarding and offboarding.
What you'll do
- Run bi-weekly payroll and maintain HRIS records for compensation, time off, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage multi-state payroll compliance, benefits, leaves and accommodations, and updates to HR policies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and improve People Ops processes, including automating repeatable tasks with AI.
