Deliver WellTheory’s functional nutrition care program to members with autoimmune conditions, creating personalized care plans and supporting sustainable lifestyle changes.
What you'll do
- Partner with members on personalized functional nutrition care plans and use lab testing to identify health concerns.
- Support anti-inflammatory eating patterns and lifestyle changes involving stress, sleep, and movement.
- Contribute to the care model and team culture while deepening functional nutrition expertise.
What they ask for
- BS in Nutrition/Dietetics and active RD licensure (CDR or state equivalent).
- At least 1 year of dietetics experience, including MNT, disease management, or behavior-change support.
