What you'll do
- Own capacity modeling and forecasting; collaborate with Care leadership on productivity, caseload distribution, and resourcing.
- Coordinate staffing plans with Marketing and Product, analyze utilization and performance, and identify operational improvements.
- Develop scalable tools, dashboards, and workflows; support hiring plans, onboarding timelines, and performance monitoring.
