Audits and improves data-labeling quality while supporting, coaching, and coordinating Data Labeling Associates working with human and AI outputs.
What you'll do
- Audit DLA work and provide actionable feedback; help interpret guidelines and resolve ambiguity.
- Support onboarding and training, monitor workflows and blockers, and escalate risks to Team Leads.
- Identify recurring issues in human and model outputs and contribute to improved guidelines and processes.
