Audits and improves data-labeling quality while supporting, coaching, and coordinating teams working with human and AI outputs.
What you'll do
- Audit data-labeling work and give actionable feedback; help associates interpret guidelines and resolve ambiguity.
- Support onboarding and training, monitor workflows and blockers, and escalate risks to Team Leads.
- Identify recurring issues and edge cases, document findings, and contribute to guideline and process improvements.
