What you'll do
- Set post-purchase operations strategy with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Use operational data and user insights to prioritize and deliver improvements; lead initiatives from problem definition through execution.
- Design scalable processes and operating models, assess performance, and advise senior leaders with data-driven recommendations.
