Recruiter (Research)

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle hiring across research, ML, data, evaluations, and ML infrastructure roles.
• Source and assess candidates, including their research and engineering contributions, and engage passive talent.
• Design structured hiring processes, deliver a strong candidate experience, and improve recruiting strategies and workflows.

What they ask for

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring Research and ML talent.
• Personally hired for several comparable research or ML roles.
• Understand differences among relevant research and engineering roles and assess candidates’ technical contributions.
• Experience recruiting across the US and European markets; fluent English (C1+).

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at a frontier AI lab, AI safety organization, research-focused startup, or leading AI company.
• An existing AI talent network; sourcing experience through research publications, conferences, GitHub, or academic communities; or a relevant technical background.
