About the job
Owns and builds White Circle’s hiring function, personally recruiting across company functions and establishing scalable processes, metrics, and hiring strategy.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build hiring processes and infrastructure, track recruiting metrics, and improve the process using data.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on role definition, international hiring, talent planning, and hiring strategy.
