Leads analytics for WHOOP’s operations organization, turning order lifecycle and financial data into insights that improve service, reduce costs, and guide decisions.
What you'll do
- Set the analytics roadmap and own operational metrics, dashboards, and trusted data assets.
- Lead cost-reduction and financial analysis, and provide data for S&OP reviews and Operations OKR check-ins.
- Partner across Operations, Membership Services, Finance, and Data Engineering; manage and mentor analysts.
