Leads WHOOP’s Battery Technology organization and roadmap, developing and integrating battery technologies for current and future products.
What you'll do
- Build and lead battery engineering teams across the US and China, developing technical leaders and organizational capabilities.
- Own the battery roadmap and technology lifecycle, from exploration and supplier development through validation, manufacturing ramp, and field performance.
- Partner cross-functionally and with suppliers to make system-level tradeoffs and advance battery performance, safety, reliability, and integration.
