Leads WHOOP’s global hardware product compliance function, building the strategy, processes, and team that ensure products meet regulatory and safety requirements and can launch across international markets.
What you'll do
- Set global product compliance strategy and governance; integrate compliance milestones and product safety throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead certification and regulatory programs, risk assessment, launch readiness, and engagement with regulatory authorities and certification partners.
- Build and lead the compliance organization, improve processes and documentation, and advise cross-functional teams and senior leadership on regulatory risk and market readiness.
