Supports the implementation and ongoing administration of Workday HCM, improving HR processes, data quality, reporting, and employee and manager experience.
What you'll do
- Support Workday HCM implementation, testing, data validation, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Workday HCM, including business processes, security, and system maintenance.
- Develop reports and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and automate HR workflows.
