Owns and improves the systems and processes that support WHOOP’s wholesale and B2B operations, including order, inventory, and fulfillment data flows.
What you'll do
- Partner with business teams and external partners to translate needs into scalable systems and lead initiatives from discovery through rollout and support.
- Improve operational systems and workflows across ERP, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and reporting.
- Work with Engineering and vendors on integrations, APIs, automation, and system enhancements; lead testing, training, and change management.
