About the job
Leads a new application and backend engineering team responsible for the member-facing WHOOP device experience and its supporting services.
What you'll do
- Hire, manage, mentor, and develop engineers while defining the team’s mission and operating model.
- Guide architecture and own the end-to-end device management experience, including app screens, backend services, APIs, and production health.
- Coordinate planning and delivery with product, design, quality, and engineering partners across hardware and software.
