Leads cross-functional teams and engineering program managers to develop and launch WHOOP hardware products from kickoff through production builds and market release.
What you'll do
- Manage complex hardware programs, schedules, risks, resources, and milestones through launch.
- Lead the engineering program management team and align Hardware, Software, Manufacturing, Product, Industrial Design, and UX partners.
- Drive prototype-through-DVT builds, test planning, prioritization, and executive-level project decisions.
