Leads Whop’s commercial legal function, drafting and negotiating enterprise, platform, partnership, and international agreements while advising on product and risk issues.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate enterprise merchant, platform, reseller, referral, channel, and strategic partnership agreements; participate in deal negotiations.
- Develop international commercial terms and advise on liability, indemnification, data protection, SLAs, payment terms, and product matters.
- Build contract templates and AI-assisted workflows, and select and oversee outside counsel.
