What you'll do
- Track projects, owners, milestones, schedules, commitments, and deadlines across the organization; brief the Head of Constellation on status.
- Run weekly performance meetings, capture and follow up on action items, and coordinate internal team dependencies and deliverables.
- Analyze flight data to summarize balloon performance and failure drivers, while protecting time for postmortems and process improvements.
