Design and scale manufacturing systems for ultra-lightweight weather balloons, applying web handling and film converting expertise to improve production and manufacturability.
What you'll do
- Design and own a system to scale balloon manufacturing by 100x.
- Work with the CTO and R&D engineers to improve balloon performance and manufacturability.
- Identify manufacturing issues, implement solutions, and teach procedures and tools to technicians.
