About the job
Lead the development of Wintermute’s NODE single-dealer platform for institutional crypto trading, from requirements and roadmap through delivery and ongoing improvement.
What you'll do
- Own the product lifecycle and manage engineering roadmaps, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and technical specifications; collaborate across engineering, design, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Track KPIs and user feedback, and help ensure secure, scalable, high-performance trading, including low-latency execution and system integrations.
