About the job
Lead the testing and quality practice for Flow by building automation, investigating real-world voice workflows, and guiding release decisions and QA teammates.
What you'll do
- Develop automated tests across desktop, mobile, backend services, and integrations; integrate checks into CI/CD and release gates.
- Investigate product behavior and failures, prioritize testing by risk, and make release recommendations using test results, telemetry, and customer impact.
- Set quality standards, coach QA teammates and testing partners, and partner with cross-functional teams from planning through launch.

- Experience owning testing for complex software and building or maintaining automated test suites.
- Ability to write test code, build fixtures and test harnesses, debug failures, and maintain reliable CI automation.
- Ability to reason across clients, APIs, operating systems, and integrations, and investigate and reproduce bugs.
- Clear communication, coaching ability, and a product-minded, detail-oriented approach to quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with native apps, audio, speech recognition, or AI output evaluation.
Pay
$130K – $170K USD base salary
