What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation sprints, coordinating communications and tracking milestones.
- Co-deliver engagements with systems integrators and consulting partners, ensuring scope, quality, and measurable outcomes.
- Turn field learnings and customer needs into improved playbooks, product feedback, and scoped expansion opportunities.
