Build and lead backend systems and applied AI workflows that power Within’s multimodal enterprise agents, with responsibility for reliability, security, scale, and technical direction.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and deploy backend services and infrastructure, including data ingestion, storage, APIs, and background processing.
- Develop reliable AI orchestration pipelines, evals, and regression tests for production agents.
- Set technical direction for critical systems, mentor engineers, and build enterprise security and scaling patterns.
