About the job
Leads end-to-end design for Within’s AI-native enterprise product, shaping its overall experience, design system, and ways design and code work together.
What you'll do
- Own complex product-area design from problem definition through shipped experience, keeping the product coherent across flows and teams.
- Design AI-native and agentic workflows, including oversight, transparency, trust calibration, and quality criteria for AI outputs.
- Drive user research and outcome measurement; guide design-system strategy, prototyping practices, and team craft through mentorship.
