Supports internal and external users of trading systems by managing account access, resolving production and clearing issues, and coordinating with vendors and developers.
What you'll do
- Create, modify, and maintain user logins and account configurations in WEX systems; provide first-level user support.
- Work with vendors and developers to resolve production issues and troubleshoot or improve software.
- Maintain support documentation and assist with clearing issues and special projects.
