Supports the operational health of live trading systems by troubleshooting production issues, maintaining infrastructure and monitoring, and improving operational tools and processes.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve live trading-system issues; communicate production status to stakeholders.
- Maintain monitoring tools and production infrastructure, and certify new exchange links and protocols.
- Collaborate on deployments and system improvements; create performance reports and document support processes.
