Develops and leads Workday’s Business Technology risk management program, assessing and mitigating operational and security risks while improving compliance and controls.
What you'll do
- Design and implement the BT Risk Management Framework, compliance enhancements, and processes to maintain accurate application, control, and risk information.
- Lead risk and control assessments, remediation plans, and projects addressing technology risks and GRC findings.
- Build partnerships and drive change management; establish metrics to track and continuously improve risk and compliance activities.
