Supports internal implementation and ongoing business use of Workday payroll and time products by gathering requirements, configuring and testing systems, and assisting business partners.
What you'll do
- Partner with business teams to understand processes and requirements, configure solutions, and identify process improvements.
- Plan and deliver system projects and enhancements, including documentation, change management, and go-live support.
- Coordinate system and integration testing, support UAT, and track issues through resolution and user acceptance.
