Lead customer implementations of Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Scheduling by gathering requirements, configuring and testing solutions, and supporting clients through production.
What you'll do
- Elicit and document business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and document them for client reference.
- Support data conversion, integration configuration and testing, and client testing; transfer system knowledge to customers.
- Coordinate project status and risks with engagement managers, ensure delivery checkpoints, mentor consultants, and identify opportunities for other services.
