Senior AI Deployment Engineer

What you'll do

• Design AI architectures, data flows, integration patterns, and technical controls across Workday products and external services.
• Lead technical delivery and advise customer executives on architecture, business value, risks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Partner with Workday Product and Engineering to improve deployment patterns, tools, and integrations using customer feedback.

What they ask for

• Senior level: 5+ years in enterprise software implementation, technical architecture, and technical consulting, including complex multi-system initiatives; Principal level: 8+ years.
• Senior level: 1+ years of hands-on enterprise AI/ML or intelligent automation deployments; Principal level: 2+ years.
• Experience designing data flows, integration patterns, and security models across SaaS ecosystems and external services.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, AI concepts such as LLMs and RAG, and technical delivery in professional services or consulting.

Nice to have

• Experience driving technical delivery process improvements, such as reference architectures, reusable patterns, or automation.
• Strong alignment with Workday’s Ethical AI principles.

Pay

$147,400 USD - $221,000 USD (base salary); $133,300 USD - $236,900 USD (base salary); $140,300 - $210,500 USD (base salary)
