Senior AI Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement system architecture and agentic workflows, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
• Build and scale AI orchestration, including multi-agent frameworks, routing layers, or RAG pipelines; address latency, cost, and reliability constraints.
• Implement responsible AI safeguards for privacy, predictability, explainability, security, and evaluation.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of software engineering experience plus 1+ years building production-grade LLM/agentic systems, or 5+ years in Machine Learning Engineering or AI application development plus 2+ years shipping LLM-backed products.
• 2+ years integrating large models and modern AI APIs into user-facing enterprise products; 1+ years designing and scaling AI orchestration architectures.
• 4+ years optimizing application performance, including 1+ years addressing modern LLM constraints; 4+ years deploying scalable systems on cloud computing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.

$208,000 USD - $312,000 USD (base salary); $176,000 USD - $312,000 USD (base salary)
