Advises Workday customers on designing and optimizing support teams, processes, and governance models, and helps develop Workday Success Plans offerings.
What you'll do
- Deliver strategic advisory and micro-consulting services, including customer discovery and tailored recommendations.
- Contribute to Success Plans product design, thought leadership, and content development.
- Provide customer service and share knowledge with customers and other consultants.
