What you'll do
- Assess customer requirements and design and build tailored Workday financial solutions; demonstrate designs and guide customer testing.
- Provide implementation and healthcare expertise, align financial solutions with other Workday functional areas, and contribute to healthcare practices.
- Support project status reporting, prospect discovery, consultant training, and mentoring.
What they ask for
- Workday Financial Management implementation or functional experience and consulting experience: 5+ years for P4 or 7+ years for P5.
- General Ledger experience plus experience in at least one of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expense Management, Cash Management, or Capital Projects.
- 5+ years of financial consulting experience with at least 2 healthcare industry implementations, or 5+ years of financial or accounting operational experience in healthcare organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferably in Finance or Accounting.
Nice to have
- Experience leading Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) design and at least 2 other Workday financial areas during a project deployment.
- Workday Accounting Center experience; experience guiding customers through AI adoption.
Pay
$140,300 USD - $210,500 USD base salary; $133,300 USD - $236,900 USD base salary; $140,300 - $210,500 USD base salary
