The Chief of Staff partners with the CEO to run Workhelix’s operating rhythm, translate strategy into accountable execution, and lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do
- Represent the CEO, synthesize business updates, and help prioritize decisions and protect the CEO’s focus.
- Own leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR planning, and internal, board, and investor communications.
- Lead special projects and temporarily own cross-functional problems through to lasting solutions.

$150,000- $215,000 USD base salary
