Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Own the data mart, ETL pipeline, and analyses assessing AI opportunities and observed usage.
• Build and ship production analytical software, visualizations, and tools that help customers and colleagues act on findings.
• Set the data science roadmap by prioritizing customer needs and deciding which analyses become core product capabilities.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in data science, applied research, or a closely related field, with evidence that analyses influenced business decisions.
• Strong programmatic thinking and practical experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong data modeling instincts and experience with modern transformation or semantic layer tooling.
• Depth in machine learning and predictive analytics, NLP, clustering, and working knowledge of causal inference and quasi-experimental design.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or equivalent; prior client-facing experience is welcome but not required.

184K - 222K USD base salary

Analyze where AI can create business value, score task-level AI acceleration opportunities, compare opportunities with observed AI usage, and develop actionable guidance. The role also calls for thoughtful use of AI in the employee’s own work.
