Own the WorkOS Dashboard roadmap and improve developer workflows to drive activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.
What you'll do
- Research developer needs and use product analytics to identify friction and prioritize improvements.
- Build and improve onboarding, integration, capability discovery, and expansion workflows; define and evaluate growth measures and experiments.
- Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap and connect product experience to business outcomes.
