Works with customers to design, build, and implement WorkOS solutions, leading technical evaluations and helping customers adopt and expand the platform.
What you'll do
- Own customer technical outcomes from discovery and architecture through implementation, iteration, and handoff.
- Lead demos and proof-of-concepts, and partner with Account Executives on evaluations and expansions.
- Share customer feedback with Engineering and Product to improve the platform.
