Build pipeline and sales processes while automating sales and onboarding and creating technical materials that help customers evaluate and adopt Weave.
What you'll do
- Build pipeline across systems, sales, and marketing.
- Work with founders, engineers, and product to automate sales and onboarding.
- Create technical enablement assets and refine outbound, pricing, expansion, and sales playbooks.
What they ask for
- Software engineering background with production-code experience and deep understanding of modern development workflows, CI/CD, and the SDLC.
- Exceptional communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to engineers and executives.
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to build processes from scratch.
